Razer Wolverine V3 Pro bad audio quality wireless

Hey Community I hope you can help me.

Today I unboxed the Wolverine V3 Pro and there is one problem using it with the Xbox.

If I connect my HyperX Cloud X with the headphone jack the audio quality is really bad and quieter than with normal Xbox controller.

This only happens If I use the controller wireless.

If I connect the controller with the USB cable the audio quality is fine and it is also louder. It is the same like with the normale Xbox controller.

The newest firmware is installed.

Someone can help me?

I have the same problem.  Audio out of the 3.5mm jack is lower and sounds worse than the original Xbox controllers.  I have a support ticket open that is going nowhere.  They told me to give them 3 days to get back with me on the matter, and then closed my ticket! LOL.  
 

I suggest opening a ticket to get more visibility on this problem.  Shameful for a 200$ controller to be this terrible. Do better Razer!

Add me to the list… On wireless the audio quality is horrible. Basically, unusable. I will return if I can’t find a solution.
