RAZER Wolverine V3 pro battery issue

I was playing when the battery indicator flashed red so i plugged it in and continued to play it said it was critical i believe when i checked the battery life on the app on my xbox thought nothing of it continued to charge it while i was playing i went to bed and unplugged everything before i slept and came back to the controller not turning on i plugged it in i got a flash one time of white on the controller and now no response. i have used the charging cord provided in many different charging environments and nothing will make it respond to the charge. very frustrated as this is maybe a 2 week old controller barely used so far. frustrated to the max!

6 months later, I came across your message and thot one of those Razer factories would still be responding to you... but unfortunately, they're just scammers because they sell that controller for 200 Euros, while it has a lot of problems. I've had issues with it disconnecting while gaming since the beginning, but later I found out it disconnects because the battery runs out. I'm going to send it back tomorrow because it's a waste of money... Razer team: You should be ashamed, you cancer scammers, because you're selling trash.
