Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Disconnecting

Hello, I just bought this controller and am very sad that it does not work. At first, I was able to turn it on and navigate around the razer app in my xbox. Then, it wouldnt let me bind the buttons to anything so I factory reset the app. Then it started to disconnect randomly, and now it won't even stay on for more than a second. I turn it on, it turns white, and turns off. Im charging it right now and it breathes amber for like 10 seconds and then goes black after that, so im not sure if that is part of the issue. Please help, this really sucks considering I bought this controller to solve the disconnecting problem of my gamesir g7 se. Thank you.
