Razer Wolverine V3 Pro - does not work

I bought my gamepad in December. I installed "razer controller setup for xbox" on my PC. I created profiles for games and assigned keys. Everything worked fine. Then I didn't play for several months. And now I wanted to create a profile for a new game. I went into "razer controller setup for xbox" but it doesn't work. All my profiles are gone. I can't create a new one. I click create, enter a name and confirm. And nothing happens. The profile is not created. Also, I can't change the assignments of additional keys. I can't do anything with my gamepad in wired or wireless mode. I reinstalled "razer controller setup for xbox" and nothing helped.
