Razer Wolverine V3 Pro keeps recording game clips on Xbox randomly?

Good evening, all! I’ve had a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro for a few months now. As of the most recent update last month, my controller has been randomly recording game clips on its own. No other controller has this issue. I’ve tried remapping buttons, disabling sharing, AND a factory reset through the Xbox Razer app. Is it just a bad update or is it the controller itself? What can I do? I’ve already had once replacement for the controller due to the USB dongle not working. Thank you,

Been having the exact same problems for the last few weeks, the only solution appears to be using it wired but that defeats the purpose of the extra money we have spent. It seems to be really difficult to simply get customer support regarding it too, quite disappointing.

Just got my controller from best buy, mine is going the same thing, mostly screenshots. BUT my controller is also turning on the narrator without going all the way into the console settings. So it's using the shortcut to activate it (hold Xbox button until it vibrates and then hit menu)

I’d recommend you post on their reddit support. Ill link it here. They will want your SN, a video and OS info from your xbox. They eventually escalated my case. Theres clearly some kind of issue. I had the screen recording, the random magnifying, narrator enabling as well.
