This is a copy paste of a previous post by fastredbrownfun783 about a month ago with modifications.
I recently purchased the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it worked fine for just over a month. However, for some time now I have been unable to connect to the app on my Xbox series x.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Checked the dongle – It’s fully plugged in.

Tested the USB port – The port is working correctly with other devices.

Reset method – Turned off the controller, unplugged the dongle, and reset the Xbox. Then plugged everything back in. No luck.

Wired connection – Tried connecting the controller directly to the Xbox using the provided Razer cable. Still didn’t work.

Firmware update – Plugged the controller into my PC, downloaded the latest version of the program and updated my controller. Dongle was up to date.
Only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling the app. But I am afraid that I won't be able to access the app and edit the keys I have already customized.
The controller does power on and the Xbox button lights up. It works fine otherwise, but lacking the option to program a programmable controller defeats the purpose on owning one.
