I bought this yesterday and fully charged it.
It worked at first but needed to download the app on Xbox to update. I did this, the update failed on the wireless dongle and it hasn’t worked since.
I have tried updating it via the PC and nothing has worked. I believe the dongle is dead.
I need the wireless to actually play as the cord isn’t longer enough for my seating position.
I am frustrated as bought this to replace my Scuf and original controller that suffered stick drift.
