Razer wolverine v3 Te edition input lag

Wolverine V3 TE Edition has weird stutters while using sometimes when aiming in games, it will sorta freeze and hold the last input for a second more than intended, and sorta like input lag or freezing. This is happening on Xbox, and I've tested it on other devices with controller testers; it seems to happen most often with heavy vibration moments. The software is updated to the latest, and I've tried multiple cables as well; same issue. It's hard to explain, but freezing, input lag, or drag is probably the best way to put it.
