Razer wolverine v3 Te edition input lag

Wolverine V3 TE Edition has weird stutters while using sometimes when aiming in games, it will sorta freeze and hold the last input for a second more than intended, and sorta like input lag or freezing. This is happening on Xbox, and I've tested it on other devices with controller testers; it seems to happen most often with heavy vibration moments. The software is updated to the latest, and I've tried multiple cables as well; same issue. It's hard to explain, but freezing, input lag, or drag is probably the best way to put it.

    Same problem… short freeze and than a hard drift! this controller is only It has been in use for only 40 days, and problems are already arising.

    I dont know how to fix this!

    Could you send me the serial numbers of your controllers? I can check if there’s a firmware update that might fix the issues you’re having. It’d also help if you could send a short video showing the issues so I can get a better idea of what’s going on.
