Same here, new gamepad sometimes moving right stick by it self (auto moves) I have to disconnect usb cable and restart Xbox console then it works normally. What you guys done to stop stick drift? 

Theres stick calibration on razer controller app on my xbox, they finally implemented it 

I’m not sure I have stick drift or how this is called in my case while playing the game sometimes R stick auto moves to the right and spins by it self, can’t control it any more other buttons do not register press or sometimes the only way is to restart Xbox  console then it normalize? Is this stick drift or some other out of the box defect? Not sure really? This does not happen every time but sometimes eg. If playing game 3 hours once or twice.

Its sounds like a defect or it could be a glitch in the game if it happens on the same game
