This is by far the most frustrating controller I have played with. I keep disconnecting after trying multiple USB-C cables and yet nothing fixes the disconnects. Reading online it appears to be a design flaw, that has yet been resolved.

Hello there,
Is it possible for you to try it on a different device just to check if the same intermittent connection issue persists? You can then download the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app on your PC or console, and you will be prompted if a newer firmware version is available. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Wolverine V3 TE’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
