razer wolverine v3 tournament edition isnt detected by razer app on xbox. cant use controller

Just bought a Razer Wolverine v3 tournament edition. Unboxed it. Downloaded the razer app on my Xbox. Plugged it in and it wont get picked up by the system . Light flashes green then solid white. But the system doesbt register it. Neither does the app. Can't even use my new controller. I tried different ports. Restarted my Xbox. Nothing works.

    Same, works on pc though. Even changed my polling rate to 250 and still nothing.
