Razer Wolverines cant stay connected. im done.

This is my 3rd wolverine controller, this one being the tournament edition. All 3 controllers have ended up with the same issue. Frequent disconnections and a struggle to get it to reconnected. I opted to smash this 3rd one as I am done with this company, your customer supports is terrible, your products are terrible and those chinese kids cant solder a port correctly or you guys use chips that short in a week. Goodluck guys you lost this customer.
