I noticed the LEDs were flickering slightly on my wolverine ultimate while I was playing a game and decided to unplug the cable from the controller and plug it back in. When I plugged it back in, the controller did not respond and the lights did not come on. It’s frustrating because the controller was working fine (other than the slight flicker), so I don’t think anything is physically broken. To run down some common steps:
1. The controller does not work in any PC (tested on two PCs and a console)
2. The controller cable still works with other devices
3. The PC does not make a noise indicating a device has been plugged in when I connect the cable
4. I have tried restarting the PC with just about every combination possible (restarted with controller plugged in, without controller plugged in, plugging controller in after desktop loads, plugging controller in and then turning on power, etc.)
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated
