when i plugged my dongle into my pc the headphones wont connect to the dongle, ive tried to update the firmware but when i go into the updater it doesnt pick up my dongle, ive plugged it into a powered USB and still got nothing. ive tried the aux 3.5mm jack and the headphones work but not the mic.

The dongle is likely defective. The 3.5mm audio cable, it’s a mic and audio combo cable so you need to plug it into a mic and audio combo port as well. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options. Thank you!
