Razer X Chroma power supply

Hello, 
I’m having a power supply issue with my Razer X Chroma. When I try to switch it on, there’s a spark near the power button. I imagine this is down to the power supply, and I was wondering if it’s possible to order just the power supply so I can replace it, or if there’s a way to find out which authorised retailers near me could replace it (in the city of Lyon, France)

I would highly suggest that you stop using your device. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system? Please also include when and where was it purchased so I can check your warranty entitlement.
