New Razer X plugged into my laptop as per the instructions with camera plugged in also, and does not convey video signal to laptop and the status light IS NOT on. We have tried to contact razer support to no avail.

Razer X S/N:542137L05000861. we have attempted several times to not only contact razer to ask for assistance in this matter and to also lodge a case, the website does not allow for these actions. This experience has been a waste of time and money!
