Razer x Pokemon Hammerheads Can't Connect to the Audio App

I had recently bought some Razer x Pokemon Hammerhead Wireless Earbuds from China. I was able to confirm their legitimacy by being able to register the serial number on my account but it couldn't connect at all to the Razer Audio app. I've tried everything from unpairing my earbuds to restarting my phone and reinstalling the app several times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
