I am experiencing a significant issue with my Razer Cynosa Lite keyboard that is affecting my ability to play my favorite video games. Specifically, whenever I press the space bar, it inputs both a space and the number "4". Similarly, when I press the "4" key, it inputs both a "4" and a space. This issue severely impacts my gaming experience, as it disrupts my control inputs and gameplay.
Here are the steps I have already taken to try and resolve the issue:
1.Opened Razer Synapse and ensured that there are no macros or key remappings assigned to the space bar or the "4" key.
2.Disabled the "4" key in Razer Synapse, which also disabled the space bar, indicating that they are somehow bound together.
3.Reset the keyboard to default settings using the hardware reset method
Despite these efforts, the problem continues. It appears that the space bar and the "4" key are bound together, and I cannot seem to unbind them. This makes gaming very frustrating and affects my ability to control my characters and actions properly. Please help me.
