I bought this headset because I like razer products and generally speaking I have never had issues before this. When it came with Bluetooth I tried bluetoothing it to the xbox, that did not work. However it bluetoothed to my phone and other devices. I used the adapter with hyperspeed dongle and it worked fine on both the series s and x for games and chat. However, when came time for me to stream cod or any game it doesn't allow me to livestream, instead it kills me from entering live stream unless I disconnect the headset. My firmware is updated, my xboxes are updated. Please help me fig this out thanks. Also there is no synapse for this headset as it is only the razer audio app as xbox got rid of the synapse app.
