I've had my razer black shark v3 since Christmas and now i cant get it to turn on> its says its fully charged razer synapse picks up the dongle but the head set just wont power on. I dont know if its just my on button that wont work or a firmware issue, but when i try to update the firm ware my pc doesn't detect that my head set is plugged in even though its charging. I've had this issue in the earlier but it would sometimes turn on but now it just wont and i dont know any fixes for it.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test your headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
