I’ve had a Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboard since December 2025. Recently, I’ve noticed that when I lightly press the “D” key, four or five letters appear instead of one. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it occurs occasionally. The “Shift” key sometimes stops working, but not always. Is this a technical issue after such a long time? Maybe it’s a settings issue? Please help.

I understand that your Razer BlackWidow V4 is intermittently malfunctioning where the D key occasionally spams multiple letters with a light press, and the Shift key sometimes doesn’t register at all. Does this behavior occur while Razer Synapse 3 is running in the background? Have you noticed the same issue on another PC or USB port?
