I have a 2024 razerblade 14 and the left USB C port has stopped working so I can no longer connect my external display. It suddenly stopped working , one day it was all fine and the next day its no longer working. I have confirmed that the cable I am using is fine and the external monitor is also fine by plugging in a different laptop and it works as expected, just not working with my Razerblade leading me to conclude an issue with the Razerblade.
A quick google search was led me to believe this issue has been reported by other users before but I was unable to find a fix.
How can you contact Razer support? I’ve been on the website going round in circles when I was hoping to find a e-mail address or telephone number I could use contact to get support for this?
