I had a severely bloated battery in my laptop and had to dispose of it due to the extent of the bloat. It seems like to contact razer support regarding a battery replacement I need to fulfill certain tasks, but one in particular (battery report and energy report) is not possible because the battery is already gone. Is there any other way to get a battery replacement?
