Also guys i have a major problem i get blue screen of dead every time i open a software hat needs much of the cpu n rams like cinema 4 d and illustrator it lags n gives me blue screen i also becomes super hot , idk what to do any help?

i think it’s a memory problem , i also get the ntoskrnl.exe blue screen , can you recoomend anyone who can fix it in egypt?
