Razerblade 17 RZ09-0406 USB ports delivering power when turned off!
The title almost says it all! When I turn off the laptop my external USB hard disks continue to spin and my cooling pad also does not stop! I checked in bios and USB charging is set to disabled. This is I guess not a normal behavior! is it?
