RazerBlade Pro 17' 2017 charging issues

Hello everybody, excuse my english, i'm not 100% fluent.
So I got a brand new RazerBlade pro 17' 2017 6-7 months ago. It was purchase on Amazon. My use or the laptop is really low. Not core gaming at all. I play casual games like wow, lol, cs go, valorant, warzone...
I'm not playing a lot but I Can go for 3-4 hours session. The laptop is really New and in pristine condition so I don't blame myself for the problemes but since yesterday. Like one day to another and the charger won't give any power to my laptop.
I tried everything. And it seems like the charger is ok. I mean i plug it to the power and the charger light is on Green. Then i plug it to the laptop and the light (from the charger) flashes Green. It seems no juice is given anymore to my laptop so now m'y battery is fully used and is super low. I can't start the laptop anymore cause there IS no more power in the battery. I really tried everything but now i can't go on the laptop. And the laptop seems fine. My Guess is either the battery or thé charger is not ok. I think it's thé charger.
Anyone Can help me ? What should I do ? I opened a ticket with the Razer support but it really piss me off. 2500 euros for a gaming laptop that I don't push at all at its limit and now i'm stuck.
Should I buy a new charger ? Any recommandation ? I don't even sée charger for this laptop to sell anymore. (RazerBlade Pro 17' 2017).
