Razerblade TB3 USB-C to HDMI 2.1?

I have a new 2020 Razer Blade 15 (RZ09-03286E22-R3U1) with a RTX 2060 and a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port. I also have a LG CX tv that has HDMI 2.1 ports supporting full bandwidth 4K @120Hz RGB 4:4:4 + HDR. Using the HDMI 2.0 port on the Razer Blade, I can get 4K@120, but with 4:2:0 chroma subsampling and no HDR. My question is, does the thunderbolt 3 port on this computer have enough bandwidth to use a HDMI 2.1 adapter to get the full 4K @120 4:4:4?
