Razerbook 13 touch screen and camera issue (Code 45 error)


Have been using the Razerbook 13 for about 3 years without issues. Recently, both the camera and touch screen stopped functioning. In Device Manager, the “Camera” and “HID Compliant Touch Screen” devices were hidden, and both showed error code 45: “This hardware is not connected to the computer”

I followed the troubleshooting steps on the official support page (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2009), which involved uninstalling both devices in Device Manager and rebooting to reinstall them. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, and the devices no longer appear in Device Manager.

Any advice from Razer support or community members would be greatly appreciated!
