Mainly IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL and KMODE exception unhandled.



Unpredictable but regular BSOD out of box. Unfortunately not making much progress through support due to EU location.



Has anyone experienced similar issues?

This error message is typically driver-related. That said, a corrupted Windows service has been known to cause these as well. Please send me the serial number along with these logs:



1. MSINFO32

2. Complete or kernel dump for BSOD issue analysis.



To enable memory dump setting, follow these steps:



  • In Control Panel, select System and Security > System.

  • Select Advanced system settings, and then select the Advanced tab.

  • In the Startup and Recovery area, select Settings.

  • Make sure that the Kernel memory dump or Complete memory dump is selected under Writing Debugging Information.

  • Restart the computer.

  • Copy and zip complete/kernel dump files from “C:\\Windows\\Memory.dmp”.
