My laptop that I ordered on the 4th of June arrived today I’ve been trying to put in the s/n in the box allday and everytime it gets the same error,

We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.

  • The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please verify and try again.
  • If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance.

I ordered the laptop through Razer.com so I’m not sure why there is an issue or who to contact, I have been typing in what is written on the laptops base so its not incorrect and its still under 15 days
