Hi

I purchased the below on June 8th 2023. Beautiful laptop and at the moment, I’m very happy with it. However, I’ve had no delivery of the RazerCare Elite or the Game Bundle. Not too fussed about the game but would really like to get the RazerCare sorted! I’ve opened a ticket and, after being given the runaround by different people, it seems I have to wait up to 15 Business days for it to be delivered. This seems a loooong time… Is this normal?

I check my junk mail and spam regularly and it’s not there. I assume I’m covered from date of purchase but that word assume….

  • - RazerCare Elite For Blade 14 / 15 / 16
  • - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Game Bundle

Can’t say I’m impressed with the support either. People referring to me as “My Master” and sometimes in broken English doesn’t fll me with confidence.

 

I suppose I’m just looking for reassurance that this will be dealt with properly.
