I've had one very good RazerCare experience, and I feel like I'm about to have a very bad one.



I have not been able to get Razer support to acknowledge that I have RazerCare, despite the fact that I paid for that service. The one support channel that acknowledged the problem (chat) seemed to claim that it was me that failed to activate. However, razer.com clearly states:



  • Once I purchase a RazerCare protection plan, do I need to register my product or do anything else?You’re all set at the time of purchase! Registration is automatic. Protection Plan terms and conditions will be e-mailed to you shortly after your product has been delivered.



Since I never got an agreement in email for this product, it seems like RazerCare was never activated, but that's Razer's fault. I think if I bring this to the attention of a representative with any kind of authority they should be able to fix the problem. I noticed people get help via DM so I thought I'd throw this out here
