I need to verify my purchase from an authorised reseller but I cant get through to anyone. I've for a support case opened that no one is looking at. Can someone from Razer help before the 2 weeks runs out and I can no longer extend the warranty?

guys i am new here i do not know if i am able to make a question in this guide but i just bought a razer kraken x and i was about to redeem the code for the 7.1 surround but because i scratched too much the code i could not see 3 letters do you know any other ways to get the 7.1 surround or can i get a copy of my code in the store in which i bought the headset what i want to say is do you guys know any ways to redeem my code e.g telling the code of my product so razer tell me my code or the idea that i said before with the store??? sorry for my english i can not speak so calmly right now and i do not have the time to correct my "question".Thank you for your responses

I have tried everything to get a razer wallet up and going, but my phone nr, is in a country now one in razer staff know about 😛.., to avoid this just get a skrill acc, get the prepaid Credit card and use that to get an malay/singapor tlf number.
When will Malaysia getting this?

It is a pity that it is not retroactive. I bought my Blade Stealth in September. According to the serial number Check, I can no longer complete it. Why only in the first 2 weeks? Why not within the first year. Have also written the support on 17 November. But only get an answer that it takes longer with the answer.
Had hoped for more. Razer disappoints me :-(


yeah as I mentioned before. Razer Care Elite only works 14days after purchase. BUT RC - Essential - can be added to your device for up to 11months after dop. Unfortunately RC Essential is not availble in EU now, only Elite... for whatever reasons 😞
Sehr schade das es nicht rückwirkend geht. Hab mein Blade Stealth im September gekauft. Laut Seriennummer Check kann ich den nicht mehr abschliessen. Warum nur in den ersten 2 Wochen? Warum nicht innerhalb des ersten Jahres. Hab auch den Support geschrieben am 17 November. Aber nur eine Antwort bekommen, das es länger mit der Antwort dauert.
Hatte da mehr erhofft. Da enttäuscht mich Razer :-(

Are there any plans to launch Razer Care essential aswell? Cause I just bought my Blade Stealth 3 months ago. As I understand registering it for RC Elite is to late (more than 14days passed), but registering for Essential works for up to 11months after date of purchase?
