RazerID : Intermittent login issues

Resolved - This incident is resolved. The service has been fully restored back to availability.

Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented.

Investigating - We are experiencing intermittent login issues for RazerID. The team is investigating the matter with priority.

Why does the status say that the incident has been resolved? If in fact it is not resolved, and apparently the problems are just beginning? I hope the team is working to resolve this issue.

I also have many Razer products, but currently the 7.1 sound does not work.

Are you still having difficulties logging into Razer ID through our site and any Razer-related apps?
