RazerStore has the most horrible customer support

I have the most horrible experience with the RazerStore Customer Service. I contacted the support over a week ago trying to return my order. I was promised a response in 24 hours. Nothing happened. I contacted RazerStore support over chat. They promised to respond within 24-48 hours. Of course that didn't happen. I had another chat and same thing: "we will respond within 24 hours". That was a lie. Third chat - same thing, but this time we will REALLY respond within 24 hours. 48 hours later - nothing and the chat is not working at all.



I just want to return an order and I'm waiting for return instructions. Why aren't they included in the package? Why do I have to go through this process which takes over a week?



I expect someone from RazerStore will now respond with "we will contact you within 24 hours" in this thread and, as always, nothing will happen.



Lesson to all: don't buy anything from RazerStore. Go to a retailer.

Same thing has been happening for me. I was given a RMA number to return faulty laptop last week but they didnt send me the shipping label. Tried to contact customer support since then without success. I waited 3 times for over an hour on hold but no one picked up. Also sent several emails with no response. Not sure if anyone actually works there :{
