Hi. I recently received this mouse as a gift from a friend. It worked perfectly until last night; while I was gaming, I noticed the scroll wheel had stopped working. I’ve tried all the solutions mentioned in previous threads. How can I fix this?

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the scroll wheel works?
