my viper v2 pro has been connected for hours and it still at 0% no its not a visual glitch because my mouse LED is flashing red

The same happened to me. I got fed up waiting for a firmware update and sent it back for RMA earlier this month. Waiting on them to send a replacement now. 
They have a new firmware update out now which mentions “Fixed charging issue” in the changelogs. Did you try updating to the new firmware?
