Razery Cynosa tab key stickying and pressing both tab and Q

As thread title states. Whenever I press tab, it also simultaneously presses Q. This makes it near impossible to tab out, as it presses tab, and then instantly q, never giving me the option to switch windows. This is the 2nd time this issue has happened, and the first time it went away by itself. I am this close to smashing this keyboard to bits, as it has been the only keyboard I have ever used with a problem this persistent and consistent. The issue happens with razer synapse 3 both open and force closed through Task manager. I have tried setting the key to be a keyboard function of tab, and disabling the key completely. It still fucking receives an input for Q.

    I have the same problem, the difference is that when I type d i get sd. First when I got this problem I reseted the keyboard (with Esc+Caps+Space) and it worked. Now, for the second time it doesn't worked anymore. If I will get some help what fixes the issue, I will comment here. Btw. It was very hard to write this comment deleting all the 's' letters :))
