Razery Kiyo RZ19-0232 has started flickering during Zoom / Teams meetings

My Razer Kiyo is updated to the latest v2.3.2_r2 firmware version. Within the last month or so, I’ve noticed that it’s started flickering a LOT during web meetings.  It’s happening in both Zoom and Teams, so I know it’s not related to a specific program; there’s something going  on with the camera. Has anyone found a solution to this issue? It seemed to come out of the blue...it wasn’t like it happened immediately after a firmware update. Thanks!
