Razon Mamba 2012 Seems not to be working

Hi all, When I connect my Razor Mamba on Synapse and change some configuration there, does not take effect on the mouse operation. For instance light color or reassignment of buttons. When I open Synapse 2.0 and try to assign on Keyboard Function on the part "Rebind key to" I guess should show the key I pressed on the keyboard, but nothing happens or is shown there when I press the key I want to reassign to. Any idea on how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.
