I have a Razor 15 Advanced (2021) RZ09X model. Recently I noticed the GPU temp skyrocketing when playing basic games like Minecraft or WOW. It would get so hot the fps would drop and black screen crash and eventually reboot. Many times also loosing the connection to an external monitor. I have it on a Razor laptop stand and keep the fans clean. I thought maybe there was some blockage and disconnect the cables and upon removing the laptop from the stand noticed considerable bulge/flexing of the casing from the underside. After some basic research found out about the battery bulging problem and assume i have that same issue. Looking to find a certified repair center since this is likely not covered by warranty. Hoping there isn't internal permanent damage done (besides the warped bottom casing).

Let me help you wth your Blade 15. I would like to forward your case to our Technical Team so they can assist you with out-of-warranty battery replacement. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case? Please also send a photo of the bulging case and your receipt/invoice so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
