When I connect charging Connections to the frame, blue lights come for a second and then go away Happened many times and left with an unusable smart glasses . used only the charger that came with the glasses any suggestions? venkat - California

      I have exactly the same issue. I presume the glasses or the charging cable are faulty? I am wondering whether to order another cable, or simply start the returns process.

        Can not return as I have prescription glasses attached. The smart glasses were okay till they worked.
