Razor Anzu, one side won't charge

Just opened my razor anzu glasses I recieved as a gift yesterday. Let them charge as instructed, but the light on one side doesn't stay on while charging. I get less than an hour of use with the glasses even after charging both sides for hours. Is there something wrong with the cable or my glasses?

    Feel bad for your one hour use. Mine is same after about 18 month of use. Have not found any posts on actually fixes besides they mention cleaning it or making sure the usb is plugged in correctly, which are useless suggestions. Only one side charges, maybe the battery is dead.
