Razor Atheris moves cursor to corner

Brand new Atheris (fresh out of the box), when connected with either 2.5G or Bluetooth, the cursor immediately moves directly to the upper left corner. I had already uninstalled the Setpoint software, but now even when i plug my previous MX Anywhere back in, that is fine. connect the Atheris, Cursor goes to the upper left corner. in the synapse software, it appears that the Atheris is connecting (moving to the corner), then disconnecting. Repeat. for what its worth, the SN is *Removed from public view. I'm on an Asus ROG laptop, with those drivers just updated, running windows 10.

    I suggest trying your device on another computer. Should the issue persists, please PM me your proof of purchase to validate the warranty status. I can use that to look for RMA options. Let's pick up from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
