Razor Ballistic X Hyperspeed Mouse cant detect Cursor

I bought my Razor Ballistic X Hyperspeed mouse on 10 Sep 2022 . I had been using the dongle 2.4 since without problem . But two days ago, after i relocated my pc, suddenly the mouse doesnt work anymore. I still see it is paired and connected. But the cursor simply wont appear when i drag the mouse over the tableface. using BT doesnt help at all. Can anyone explain what is wrong ?
