razor barracuda turns off after 10 seconds

I got the barracuda a few days ago for my birthday and I’m having issues, I tried to connect to my ps5 through the dongle and ever since then it turns off the second it turns on and is unusable from both features and I already switched the setting from dongle back to Bluetooth and it still won’t work

I got the same Problem. I also wanted to try to turn the self shut down off with the app, but the problem is my headset shuts down so fast that I can't connect it. 

Please tell when you've found a solution.
