I had bought this Razer Barracuda headset from Lazada and used for about 4-5 months without damage it or drop it. Suddenly on the Left side were totally cracked drop off, On the right Right can be seen start to crack little by little. Asking Lazada dealer for warranty yet they replied “This one is consider physical damage. For physical damage not cover under warranty”. Is there any admin support or a way to fix/replace/Get a refund?
