I have had the razor headset for four months and I started noticing cracks and very light squeaking when I turned the headphone joints side to side. Today the right side had a little plastic fall off, dislodging the cord. is there a way to fix/replace/Get a refund?

Hi @appleipodlol,

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your headset. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options. Thank  you!

wait so you cant fix it?

Got the same problem.  Started about 6month in and now both sides of plastic are cracked.
This is a design defect.  During normal use when putting on the headphone the cups rotate.  As the cups rotate they catch an edge on the plastic part of the headband.  Over time the plastic breaks.

Also having the same issues after only 3 months of regular use.

I created a ticket, will follow up with their response to this design flaw.  I’m honestly looking to get my money back and spend it on a product that will last longer.  I love razer products but I need these for work and can’t worry about them not lasting.  Really would have liked to see these joints done more like the blacksharks.

I’ve had the same problem after 3-4months of normal use. Contacted them, they tried to play it as customer induced damage. After a few emails backwards and forwards explaining this is a design flaw on the clearance on the swivel and improper placement of the plastic seam, they accepted to send me a replacement (as a gesture of goodwill). Had to cut the charging cord and serial number in half and send a picture. Got my replacement and about 5 months later guess what: Same thing happened in the same place. Identical damage. As its now been over 1year (from the initial purchase) the warranty expired :)

Should've asked for a refund. Shame as I love these headphones otherwise.

Good Luck guys :)

I have the same problem for just 9 months. Can this be fixed or replaced? Need help

I have the same problem. although my warranty is still valid, they rejected my request and said it was customer induced. although it was regular use.
