I have had the razor headset for four months and I started noticing cracks and very light squeaking when I turned the headphone joints side to side. Today the right side had a little plastic fall off, dislodging the cord. is there a way to fix/replace/Get a refund?

I have the same problem. although my warranty is still valid, they rejected my request and said it was customer induced. although it was regularuse.
