Razor Barracuda X different quality when wireless and plugged in with jack

Why do my headphones sound so bad when I plug it with a jack, but when on wireless it is perfectly fine? I bought my headphones like 3 days ago - Razor Barracuda X. Also another big issue the mic is better when the headphones are plugged in and when wireless it sounds really quiet and my voice is lagging. Like for all that money I got quality depending on wireless or plugged. Also I bought THX spatial audio app but that does not work when my headphones are plugged in with a jack, only wireless. I am so confused about this product, never had any issues with headphones.

It's sad to hear that your newly purchased is acting up already. Are you connecting the headset to a laptop or desktop PC? If it's a laptop, ensure to connect your headset's 3.5mm cable to the 3.5mm audio/mic combo port in your computer. Also, please perform the following isolate your headset mic concern:
  • Put the mic diaphragm in front and the air vent facing away from your mouth.
  • Turn on mic access on the selected app.
  • Set the device as a Default Recording Device.
  • Adjust mic levels in Windows settings.
  • Perform the step from this link and see if it helps.
